Booking and Payment: When booking a tour with The Panama Tours Company, customers are required to provide accurate information and complete payment for the selected tour. Bookings are processed on a first come first serve basis so we recommend you reserve and make payments as soon as possible especially if you need a specific date or time.
Payments are accepted through secure online platforms or other methods specified on our website. A confirmation email will be sent upon receipt of payment.
Cancellation and Refunds: The Panama Tours Company is committed to providing exceptional service in line with the descriptions provided on our website.
In the event that a customer wishes to cancel their tour, the following refund policy applies:

Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the tour date will receive a full refund minus any fees associated with the payment processing platforms and incurred costs on your behalf.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour date are non-refundable.
Force Majeure and Unforeseen Circumstances: The Panama Tours Company is dedicated to delivering memorable experiences; however, there are situations beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, acts of God, protests, riots, unforeseen closures of attractions, schedules of when ships pass through the Panama Canal, and traffic accidents.

In cases of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, The Panama Tours Company will make every effort to reschedule the tour, provide an alternative experience, or issue a credit for future tours.

Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for arriving at the designated meeting point on time. Delays due to personal reasons, including but not limited to traffic, will not result in a refund.
Customers are required to follow the instructions and safety guidelines provided by The Panama Tours Company and to respect local regulations and customs during the tour.
Tour Modifications: The Panama Tours Company reserves the right to modify the tour itinerary if necessary, ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our customers. Any significant changes will be communicated to customers as soon as possible.

Complaints and Disputes: In the event of any issues or complaints during the tour, customers are encouraged to contact our customer service team promptly to allow for a timely resolution.

Liability: The Panama Tours Company is not liable for personal injuries, property damage, or losses sustained by customers during the tour.
